Ordering and payment

If you need information about items prior to ordering please feel free to contact me by email or phone me on (02) 6643-4242 Thursday 10-4pm or Saturday 10-2pm.

Just complete the order form and click on “submit” after you have completed your order and provided contact details and method of payment.

You are welcome to pay by credit card on-line (using the secure server) or by direct deposit, cheque or money order. Once I receive your order, I will e-mail you with the final price including postage.

In most cases, items will be sent by Australia Post, unless you request an alternative arrangement.

Overseas orders are most welcome – I will e-mail you to arrange your preferred means of postage. Overseas buyers will have the 10% goods and sales tax deducted from their final total (1/11th of the total cost, not including postage).

Returns policy

It is important that you are happy with the quality of the products you have purchased. If you have any concerns, you are welcome to contact me and discuss replacement if a product is defective.
